Your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. To cancel, use your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings; cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the current term. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Every paid plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. Apple refunds App Store purchases itself, so for those we’ll ask Apple to grant it, but the final say is theirs. The details are in the Terms of Service.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete Account. It is immediate and cannot be undone. If you cannot open the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete it for you. What is removed is set out in the Privacy Policy.
